Found El Chorizo at the Bountiful Farmers market. Blown away by the flavour and texture. We tried a sample of all their sausages and ended up buying one of every kind...Great guy at the counter that was super aware of his product and clearly demonstrated pride when discussing.

Amazing chorizo and cured meats! I love the wide selection of chorizo, with all the different regional variations. John is also great to take the time to explain the differences between them all, as well as any specials he might have.
