We use high-quality meat cuts and traditional regional spices not found in other sausages. We use Alberta pork and make our chorizo in small batches from scratch.

Sofrito, one of the ingredients in this recipe, is a sauce found in Latin American, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese cooking. In Puerto Rico, it is used in stews, sauces and rice dishes.

No recipe required! In keeping with roadside food stand tradition, chorizo is often served simply with a slice of lime and wrapped in an arepa (cornmeal cake).
