Fresh Ingredients

High quality. No fillers. Gluten-free.

We use high quality meat cuts and traditional regional spices not found in other sausages. We buy our pork fresh from local Alberta butchers and make our chorizo in small batches from scratch.

 Serving Ideas

Our chorizos are great on the barbeque.

Cook to an internal temperature of 71 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Fahrenheit).
