MEET JOHN

El Chorizo Latino’s recipe creator.

Growing up in Canada and Mexico, he spent formative years dreaming of the Gaucho (cowboy) life.

He’s a creative cook who’s passionate about exploring the origins of various foods and incorporating them into his recipes.

MEET ANGELA

The strategic mind and idea generator behind El Chorizo Latino.

Angela has been a dedicated Edmontonian, growing up participating in the city's local scene.

Her interest lie in exploring Canadian identity and narratives, a passion cultivated during her formative years dreaming about what it means to be Canadian.
