We make many varieties of regional chorizo and charcuterie meats - fresh, cured, or smoked.

Each of our chorizo recipes captures the authentic ingredients, spices, and unique taste of a particular region of Latin America.

We make our chorizo fresh from scratch using local ingredients wherever possible.

Our regular menu chorizo are sold frozen to maintain quality and extend shelf life; they come in one pound (454g) packages.

EL ARGENTINO PORTEÑO

(THE ARGENTINIAN - NON SPICY)

Our recipe comes from the Buenos Aires capital region and is inspired by its Porteño lifestyle.

EL COLOMBIANO

(THE COLOMBIAN)

Made in the traditional style of Colombia’s Departamento (State) de Antioquia.

EL MEXICANO

Our recipe comes from Toluca, an area known in gastronomic circles for its fine pork products.

Dark, earthy colour from our homemade adobo.

A well-seasoned chorizo with achiote as the centrepiece in a bouquet of spices, fresh garlic and herbs.

Offers a full, medium level of spicy flavour for lovers of authentic Argentinian cuisine.

CHILEAN LONGANIZA

This chorizo is longer than our regular style chorizo. Frequently made during the Fiesta Patrias of Chile, our Chilean Longaniza started as a Chorizo of the Month special and has become a regular menu item due to popular demand.

EL MEXICANO - SPICY

(THE MEXICAN - SPICY)

This central Mexican style chorizo has dry-roasted guajillo and ancho chilies as part of our homemade adobo sauce.

Fresh serrano chilies add some punch for a hot but manageable heat.
